Series solutions of differential equations, partial differential equations, the method of separation of variables and aplication to physical problems, matrices, finding the eigen values and eigen vectors, solution of vibrating systems by matrice method, complex functions, residu theorem, complex integrals and applications.

Basic concepts of molecular biophysics. Bioenergetics. Bioelectric effects in hearth and basic principles of EKG. Dolaşım dinamiği. Solunun dinamiği. Görme biyofiziği. Biophysics of hearing. Radiation biophysics. Molecular biophysics methods.

The aim of this course is to show that how physics can be applied in investigation of living species and to make a bridge between biology and physics.
