The Internship Office
Saint Anselm College's extensive internship program helps students experience a practical work environment related to their academic career interests while developing highly marketable career skills. Internships are a valuable part of career exploration through which students can receive training, gain experience and a better understanding of what is needed to prepare for and succeed in a particular profession.
An internship can be paid or unpaid, be for credit or not for credit and can vary in the hours or duration. If interested in an internship, please contact Tanya Robinson, the Executive Director of Center for Experiential Learning.

Additionally the website provides listings of local restaurants, beauty services, weddings, activities and female doctors; as well as links and RSS feeds to local and national websites.

Internship Description: The editorial intern assists the editor and staff writer in producing sections and articles for the magazine. This includes researching business issues, compiling information for charts, guides and special sections and writing business stories and profiles.

Internship Description: The intern will work with the editor on a variety of news and feature assignments. The internship, which is unpaid, must be for academic credit. The company will provide reimbursement for mileage on assignments. The internship can be full-time, or can be a couple days a week.

Agency Description: The Center for the Book at the New Hampshire State Library was established in 2003 to celebrate and promote reading, books, literacy, and the literary heritage of New Hampshire and to highlight the role that reading and libraries play in enriching the lives of the people of the Granite State.
Internship Description: Interns will work with a Reference Librarian to do biographical research on New Hampshire authors for inclusion in the NH Authors Database. Interns may also be asked to write author profiles for Center publications.

Agency Description: Parable Magazine looks at contemporary issues from a faith perspective. Parable spreads the good news of the Church in New Hampshire as one means to bring people closer to the Church and their parishes. Parable is also the official magazine of the Diocese of Manchester.
Internship Description: Interns assist the Editor in everyday office duties for Parable Magazine including research, writing articles, and proofreading the content and layout. Agency Description: The Manchester City Library has been a cultural treasure to Manchester and New Hampshire since 1854. In his inaugural address that year, Mayor elect Frederick Smyth proposed the establishment of a free public library for all of Manchester’s citizens.
